How long does my order take?

Every piece is printed to order. Printing takes 2 to 4 business days and shipping takes about 5 more, so plan on 7 to 11 business days from order to door. You get an email with tracking when it ships.

Is shipping free?

US orders over $75 ship free. Under $75, the shipping cost shows in your cart before you check out, with no surprises at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 days to return. Send us your order number through the contact page and we will take it from there. Full details are on Shipping and Returns.

How do the clothes fit?

Most pieces are cut loose or oversized with drop shoulders. Every product page has a size chart right next to the size picker, taken from the maker's measurements. The easiest check: lay a piece you already like flat, measure it, and compare.

Are the designs embroidered?

No. Every print is flat ink.

What does gsm mean?

Grams per square meter, the weight of the fabric. Higher means thicker and heavier. Our tees run from 250 to 430 gsm and our hoodies go up to 500 gsm. More in What Makes a Heavyweight Hoodie.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Do not bleach or dry clean. If you iron, use low heat and keep the iron off the print.
